1. Please note that most of the objects in this catalogue are listed with starting prices, selected items are listed with the estimate.
2. All objects are sold in the condition they are exhibited (“as is”). Damages, restorations and defects are not specified in the catalogue.
3. As all objects are used, complaints after the auction about damages, defects, wrong descriptions, authenticity or condition cannot be accepted.
4. All bought objects must be collected until the end of March 2017. Otherwise we have to outsource the items at your expense.
Please note that condition reports can be provided only for objects with a lower estimated price starting from €2,000 and if they are requested no later than 24 hours before the sale.
In our post-auction sale you have the opportunity to purchase items which remained unsold at the auction for up to four weeks after the auction. In this case, the reserve price is the minimum price agreed upon between the consignor and the auction house im Kinsky.
If you make an offer which meets the reserve price and the object is still available at this moment, you will purchase the item immediately. The general terms and conditions of the auction house im Kinsky shall be applicable.
If your offer is below the reserve price, please be aware that you are bound to this offer for a term of 14 days. In this period of time, we will try to obtain the seller’s consent.
Please also note that the buyer’s commission for items sold below the reserve price is 30%.
