Important Information!

The medallions, plaques and coins listed under the numbers 145-211 do not fall within the area of expertise of any of our team. They have been examined by an external expert, who has checked their authenticity and dated them. We can not guarantee the accuracy of these appraisals.

The items of lots 239, 265-273 and 316 come from a large bequest that has not yet been adjudicated. The probate court has reserved the right to approve every sale, or not. These items are therefore only being provisionally sold, and we assure you that we will make every effort to get approval from the German probate court within a month.

Condition Reports

Please note that condition reports can be provided only for objects with a lower estimated price starting from €1,000 and if they are requested no later than 24 hours before the sale.

Important Notes!

In our post-auction sale you have the opportunity to purchase items which remained unsold at the auction for up to four weeks after the auction. In this case, the reserve price is the minimum price agreed upon between the consignor and the auction house im Kinsky.

If you make an offer which meets the reserve price and the object is still available at this moment, you will purchase the item immediately. The general terms and conditions of the auction house im Kinsky shall be applicable.

If your offer is below the reserve price, please be aware that you are bound to this offer for a term of 14 days. In this period of time, we will try to obtain the seller’s consent.

Please also note that the buyer’s commission for items sold below the reserve price is 30%.
